Terms and Conditions | Discovery Tours

1. Eligibility

  • Discovery Tours are designed for prospective property buyers, investors, and individuals who wish to visit and experience the Fumba Town lifestyle and community firsthand.
  • Participants may join to explore our developments, learn about investment opportunities, or simply experience what it is like to live in Fumba Town.
  • All participants must provide accurate personal information when making a booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receiving written confirmation from the CPS Africa team.
  • Tour itineraries are subject to change based on availability, weather conditions, or operational requirements.

3. Tour Packages

  • Discovery Tours are available as Half-Day, Full-Day, Two-Day, and Three-Day experiences.
  • Each package includes only the services outlined in the confirmed itinerary.

4. Accommodation & Transport

  • Accommodation, airport transfers, and local transportation are included only where specified in the selected package.
  • Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any services not included in their confirmed itinerary.

5. Attendance

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled activities.
  • Missed activities due to late arrival or personal reasons cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests to change tour dates are subject to availability.
  • CPS Africa reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cancellation charges, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

7. Participant Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, residents, other guests, and property at all times.
  • CPS Africa reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without compensation.

8. Property Viewings

  • All show houses and properties remain private property.
  • Participants must follow all instructions provided during property viewings and treat all properties with care.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

9. Photography & Marketing

  • Photographs and videos may be taken during the Discovery Tour for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Participants who do not wish to appear in marketing materials must notify the CPS Africa team before the tour begins.

10. Personal Belongings

  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
  • CPS Africa accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

11. Health & Safety

  • Participants should inform the team of any medical conditions, mobility requirements, or dietary restrictions before the tour.
  • All participants are expected to follow health and safety instructions throughout the experience.

12. Liability

  • Participation in the Discovery Tour is at the participant’s own risk.
  • CPS Africa shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, injuries, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Force Majeure

  • CPS Africa shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond its control, including severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

14. Acceptance

  • By confirming participation in a Discovery Tour, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
