Wasaa wa kinywaji kipya cha Cocktail

Hoteli mpya ya boutique inayomilikiwa na Mbelgiji huko Jambiani imepanda haraka hadi kufikia mahali pa kutembelea kwa wapenda cocktail.

Sio wageni wakaaji pekee bali idadi kubwa ya wateja wa nje wamefika kupanga mara kwa mara kwa vyakula na vinywaji vyake; wakati wa tafrija vyakula vya aina mbili vinauzwa kwa bei moja ya shilingi elfu kumi na nne (TZS 14,000). Chakula cha jioni hupambwa kwa kuwekewa unga wa samaki Tuna Tataki kwa Risotto ya Uyoga wa Lobster, au Falafel ya kujitengenezea tu au "sandwich ya Paris" na brie kwenye mkate wa unga.

Sio wageni wakaaji pekee bali idadi kubwa ya wateja wa nje wamefika Kupaga mara kwa mara kwa vyakula na vinywaji vyake; wakati wa furaha Visa viwili vinatolewa kwa bei ya moja (TZS 14,000). Chakula cha jioni hutoa umwagiliaji wa Ufuta wa Tuna Tataki kwa Risotto ya Uyoga wa Lobster, au Falafel ya kujitengenezea tu au "sandwich ya Paris" na brie kwenye mkate wa unga. 

Katika sehemu ya chakula cha jioni, ni chaguo la mteja kwa "Gin & Tonics za Mimea" pamoja na mchaichai, iliki au hibiscus zinazoshindana na nyimbo za asili kama vile Daiquiri na Nyumbu bora kabisa wa Moscow nje ya St Petersburg. Bartender Noel Haule anafurahi kushiriki mapishi: Wodka, Stoney, chokaa 2 (!), majani ya mnanaa(mint), vipande 3 vya tango, kijiko 1 cha sukari.
